A single room for rent, in a house with a yard (behind the garden is Chinbrook Meadows Park), in the Grove Park- Chinbrook area (SE12), in the SE of Lewisham (on the border with Bromley), only for professionals. Easy and convenient transportation plus cheap rent with all bills included. The house is very welcoming and friendly, and everyone’s privacy is respected. The room and the house are fully furnished. I am looking for someone who will fit in, is easy going and tidy. Bills and internet included, free parking on the street, bathroom and toilet are separate. The house is 5 minutes from the bus stations (284, 261, 126, 273) to the locations: Bromley, Catford, Eltham, Lewisham and 10 minutes from Grove Park train station (to London Bridge, Cannon Street, Charing Cross, Waterloo).

I am a decent, tidy, hardworking and respectful lady. My husband and I consider my tenants as our second family. We want the same from him/her… the new tenant who will come. I enjoy cooking, reading, cleaning, spending time outdoors and gardening… when I’m not at work.
