Fairly large bedroom, bathroom just next to it, 10m x 4 metres gdn, with a generous sized shed for bike and other goods to be stored in securely. Half a mile walk to Rye station. Town centre and all amenities 2 to 3 minutes away. cinema, high street shops and Jempsons supermarket only a 3 minute walk and Rye train station, plus buses to neighbouring villages, all outside Rye station. No parking outside the house but some room in nearby Love lane and permits available for the Cattle Market car park which is opposite the house. Countryside on your doorstop, walks ,rolling hills and Winchelsea Beach { pebble beach , slightly harder on the feet but far less people than Camber Sands, only 3 miles away, which is notoriously tricky to park nearby in spring and summer due to its popularity!! Buses from rye station are twice hourly. Many antique and interesting shops to browse around, especially in the heat!!
I am a gardener and a sports coach. My garden maintenance is all within 10 miles of Rye. I also teach cricket, some pickleball and play a fair bit of Padel. Keeping fit by swimming in Rye pool only 200 metres from my house. I like reading, seeing friends locally, tennis and padel and swimming at Winchelsea Beach when the weather and tides are ok!!!!
