Seeking a friendly, working professional flatmate who is easy going. This is an LGBTQ+ friendly household. No couples, looking for solo lodger (albeit occasional overnight guests welcome).

I own the 3 bedroom property and am letting out my spare room.

About the development: new build, 3 bedroom flatshare (1 current occupant, the live in landlord). Access to gym on-site open 24/7, concierge 7 days per week from 7am-7pm, 2 garden courtyard areas plus a roof terrace overlooking canary wharf.

Your room: double room (including double bed, desk and wardrobe), 5 mins walk from Bartlett Park and 10 mins walk from Mile End Park/Mile End Leisure centre, 15 mins bus ride from Victoria Park. You will have sole use of the main bathroom also.

The flat: shared living room (includes large dining area, seating and piano), shared kitchen. There is a home office as the 3rd bedroom which is used by the landlord

I’m a 38 year old British born Jamaican woman. I love to travel, go to the theatre in London and also go for long walks in Victoria Park or exercise in the gym. When I’m at home I enjoy watching movies or Netflix on the projector in the living room, I occasionally enjoy cooking a meal and I also enjoy discussions with my flatmate so ideally looking for someone friendly. I am clean, considerate and respectful of peoples privacy.
