Spacious double room, in a semi detached house with a garden, shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. Only a 2 minute walk away from South Kenton Tube station, Bakerloo and Lioness lines and a 15 minute walk from Preston Road tube, Metropolitan line. Across the road there are some convenience shops, post office and pharmacy.

We’re looking for like-minded people to join our warm and welcoming home in South Kenton. We’re a male and female, both professional, who have lived together for six years. We’re both easy-going, considerate, reliable and respectful, and we’ve created a well-to-do household. Two of our lovely housemates are now moving on, so we’re looking for new people to join us.

We see home as a sanctuary and somewhere peaceful, stable and welcoming where you can relax, recharge and feel at ease. The house has a wholesome, relaxed vibe. We’re independent and enjoy having our own lives, while also appreciating each other’s company and creating a home that feels warm, comfortable and connected. We’re hoping to meet people who are kind, responsible and dependable, and who value mutual respect and good communication.

We share a creative mindset and active lives with love of the outdoors while developing our respective hobbies such as dance, food markets, bouldering, tennis and a variety of creative outlets.
