Including utilities it would be around £1000/1100 a month.

The available bedroom is a spacious, unfurnished double room (First photo). The new flatmate would also have a separate small room (Second photo), which could be used as a home office, dressing room or additional storage/personal space.

There are two bathrooms in the flat, with the available flatmate sharing one bathroom with Fiona while Sofia has her own.

Pets are welcome. The flat is well connected to central London while being in a peaceful residential neighbourhood.

About us

We’re Sofia and Fiona, two friends, both 34, who have been living together and are looking for a new flatmate to join our home.

We’re friendly, easy-going and enjoy having a sociable home. We’d love to have a flatmate who is up for occasionally doing things together, whether that’s going out, exploring London or simply hanging out. At the same time, we completely understand that everyone has their own life and needs their own space, so there’s no pressure to be social all the time.

We’re looking for someone friendly, respectful and considerate who wants to help create a relaxed and comfortable home for everyone. 😊
