The room is a spacious double bedroom with a large north-east-facing window overlooking the street, which gives it plenty of natural light. It comes furnished with a double bed, desk, chest of drawers, shelving and a sofa, with plenty of space to make it feel like your own.

The house has a lovely, lived-in feel, with wooden floors and plenty of character. The kitchen, bathroom and dining/living room are shared spaces, with the living room being a good place to relax, watch something, have a cuppa or catch up with your flatmate.

It’s a relaxed, comfortable home rather than a super-formal house share — somewhere you can feel at ease and make yourself at home. The flat is actually in N19 5QN

It’ll just be me living at the property. I’m pretty laid-back and easy-going, and I work in a taproom/brewery, so my hours can be a little varied. I’m happy doing my own thing and giving each other space, but I’m also sociable and enjoy having a good chat or hanging out with my flatmate now and then. Ideally, I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful, and up for a relaxed, easy-going home.
