The house is located at the heart of Victoria Park, in a quaint, quiet, and seemingly safe neighbourhood. The room available is adequately sized, equipped with a double bed, study desk and wardrobe. The house is of a good size, and has three floors. The bottom floor has one of the bedrooms, one bathroom, access to the back garden, a spacious kitchen with two fridges, one hob, an oven, a pantry, and a sitting area, and a separate living room. The second floor has 5 bedrooms, which includes the available one, and one bathroom. Finally, the top floor has three bedrooms and one bathroom. There is also a small parking area in front of the house. All tenants have agreed to pay for a bills package that will cost 90 additional pounds a month.

We are a group of 8 students at both The University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University, ranging in ages from 19-22. The group is composed of 6 women and 2 men.

We are a friendly bunch, always open to new friends and new experiences! We would prefer someone in the ages of 18-25, but are open to other applicants as well :).
