The flat is situated in Weston, close to the beachfront, around 2/3 minutes from a bus stop and a walkable distance from Woolston train station. The room is quite sizeable, connected to the kitchen (so easy access for midnight snacks :)) and comes with a bedframe and mattress (and we’d be happy to help you supply a wardrobe/desk/etc).

We are a couple, taking the other half of the tenancy and the other bedroom. We’re 20 and 19, both female, one of us works and the other is a student. We have 2 cats, one tuxedo and one calico, and like to play video games, watch movies and listen to music. The living room has a vinyl player, cd player and xbox in it, so it’s ideal for hanging out in! We’d love someone we mesh with well, who would like one or two nights a week to socialise, with the rest of the week being chill, alone time for everybody. We only ask that you’re clean and respect the cats :)
