2 adjascent rooms to let in the loft ( 2nd floor) one a bedroom, one a lounge with desk. Another tenant on first floor plus landlady who works away half the month and often more. Smoking outside . Respectful and tidy tenant. No pets. Shared lounge ( although room comes with private lounge) Garden at the back
