Holding deposit converts to a security deposit upon satisfactory references and signed Lodger Agreement. Non returnable if change of mind(when room has been viewed and references are being checked).

I am a landlady included in current number in house of 3. 2 other lodgers,.male and female. I work away/nights but my main house for post. Will pop in daily/weekly. I do the cleaning and gardening. Exterior windows cleaned 6/8 weekly. No.maximum stay.
