My two flatmates (a couple) are moving out on 31st August, and since I absolutely love living here, I’m looking for new housemates to take over their spot on the lease!

• Tram & Bus: ~5-minute walk to Eccles Tram Stop / Bus Interchange.
• Parking: Flat overlooks a Salford City Council car park. Permits available (£40/mo or £432/yr).
• Trafford Centre: 15–20 min drive.

Amenities within 5–10 mins walk: Morrisons, Aldi, and West One Retail Park (Lidl, PureGym, Home Bargains, The Range, Subway, McDonald’s).
