I’ve lived in this bright, modern split level maisonette in Stoke Newington for three years and have really made it feel like home. The flat is fully furnished with two double bedrooms, a bathroom plus second WC, balcony and private courtyard. The available room is a double with fitted wardrobes. Dalston Overground is around a 10 minute walk away, with buses right outside, secure bike storage and permit parking.

I’m 36, work as a Customer Service Manager and split my week between home and the office. I’m positive, easy going and sociable, but also value independence and downtime. I’m into the gym, travelling, exploring London, seeing friends, cooking and a good series. I’m looking for someone friendly, respectful and independent, with their own life and plans, who also enjoys a relaxed, sociable home. It would be great to become friends as well as flatmates. My partner will likely stay over one or two nights most weeks as he works in London.
