I’ve lived in this bright, modern split-level maisonette for the past three years and have really made it feel like home. I’m looking for someone who’s looking for the same—not just somewhere to live, but somewhere welcoming, relaxed and enjoyable to come back to.

The fully furnished flat has two double bedrooms, a bathroom plus a second WC, a balcony and a small private courtyard. The available room is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes.

The flat is in a great location in Stoke Newington, around a 10-minute walk from Dalston Overground, with buses right outside providing easy access into Central London. There’s also secure bicycle storage and on-street parking available with a permit.

I enjoy having friends over occasionally and, from time to time, friends visiting from overseas may stay for a few nights (with plenty of notice). I also host the occasional BBQ or small gathering, but this definitely isn’t a party flat.

I’m 36 and work as a Customer Service Manager, splitting my week between working from home and the office. I’ve lived in the flat for the past three years and have really made it feel like home.

I’m positive, easy-going and enjoy a good laugh. I like staying active, whether that’s the gym, walking, hiking or travelling, and I enjoy exploring London, trying new restaurants and bars, and spending time with friends. I also appreciate quieter evenings cooking at home or watching a good series.

I’m looking for someone who’s friendly, respectful and enjoys a balance between socialising and having their own independence. I’d love to live with someone who becomes a friend as well as a flatmate, while creating a relaxed, welcoming home together.

My partner is moving back to Portsmouth in early November due to a change in circumstances, but we’ll still be together and he’ll stay over a couple of nights most weeks.
