I have a single spare room to rent, with a window, clothes rail, small shoe rack, the boiler is in the room, but theres space to put things in the cuboard, I need someone reliable and can pay rent on time. I will need £150 deposit 2 weeks in advance to secure the room this will be non refundable if you change your mind, but refundable on the day of leaving. And I will need half the rent paid upfront on day of moving in, then a full months rent end off each month.

I’m Elly, I work in a school as a cleaner fulltime, I dance 3 evenings a week, and I’m out most weekend evenings with friends or i’m chilling in front of the TV. I Have 2 cats, so a cat lover is a must and to look after them if i’m away. Theres one car parking space, I don’t drive so the space is all yours. Also close to transport links, 10 mins bus ride to poole, and not far from Bournemouth, theres a co op about 3 mins walk down the road. Ideally if you have your own TV that would be great, as the only TV is in the lounge. Bathroom is shared as well as the kitchen and lounge, would appreciate for the spare room to be kept clean.
