About the roomies
You’ll be living with three queer friendly housemates who all get on really well and genuinely enjoy living together. We like having a house that feels like a home, where people can socialise if they want to, but there’s never any pressure if you’d rather have a quiet evening to yourself.
CJ (20, they/them) is studying Music and Sound Production at BIMM and hopes to work in live sound engineering. They’re usually either working on music, discovering new artists, planning the next gig to go to, or enthusiastically recommending songs that everyone has to hear. Outside of music, they’re into gaming, D&D, board games, reading, walks, and generally anything a bit nerdy or creative. They also have an ADHD brain that has a habit of turning a normal conversation into a completely different topic within about five minutes.
Billy (19, he/they) is studying Computer Science at the University of Bristol. He’s a big gamer and book lover, enjoys nights out just as much as a quiet evening in, and is always happy to get involved in a board game, D&D session, or just hang out in the living room chatting about whatever’s caught his interest that week.
Joe (29, he/him) is also studying Music and Sound Production at BIMM and originally comes from Liverpool. He enjoys going out, whether that’s for a night in town or to see live music, but he’s equally happy spending an evening gaming, playing board games, or relaxing in his room after a busy day.
As a house, we’re all fairly similar in what we enjoy. Gaming is probably our biggest shared hobby, whether that’s on PC, console or around a table with board games. We regularly play D&D together, enjoy movie nights, love getting out for walks, and are always up for a trip to a gig, the pub, or exploring somewhere new.
The house isn’t a party house. We live in a family neighbourhood and like keeping things fairly relaxed and respectful, but we’re definitely not the kind of house where everyone hides in their rooms. There’s usually someone around for a chat, a cup of tea, a board game, or an impromptu “what are we doing this evening?” conversation.
We’re looking for someone who’s kind, considerate, and happy to be part of that sort of environment.
