Double Room with Private Bathroom – Castlefield / Deansgate – £630pcm

My current flatmate is moving out at the end of August, so I’m looking for someone to take over a furnished double room in a modern 2-bed apartment from 31st August.

The room comes furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. While the bathroom isn’t en-suite, it is your own private bathroom and isn’t shared.

The flat is in a fantastic location opposite Aviva Studios, overlooking the canal and within walking distance of Manchester city centre:

• 10 mins walk to Spinningfields • 10–15 mins walk to Deansgate Station • 20 mins walk to the University of Manchester • Close to the University of Salford • Large Sainsbury’s nearby

Costs • Rent: £630pcm • Deposit: £750 • Bills: typically £50–£60pcm (excluding council tax)

The tenancy is rolling under the new tenancy rules, with a two-month notice period required.

About me

I’m 25 and currently doing a PhD at the Manchester Institute of Biotechnology (University of Manchester). Outside of work I enjoy sports, regularly play squash and use the gym.
