About the room
The room is in a well-located two-bedroom flat, just an 8-minute walk from Stirling city centre and the train and bus station, making it ideal for students and commuters alike. A Tesco Superstore is only a 2-minute walk away for convenient grocery shopping.
A bus stop is located directly outside the property, with regular services to the University of Stirling, taking around 15 minutes to reach campus. The area is popular with students, with several student flats and accommodation nearby, creating a friendly and convenient environment.
The flat has a comfortable shared living room and a well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, and plenty of cupboard space for two people. The bathroom is shared and includes a shower within the bathroom.
The available bedroom comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and under-bed storage, providing plenty of space for studying and storing belongings. As it’s a two-bedroom property, you’ll only be sharing the flat with one other person, making it a quiet and relaxed place to live.
About the roomies
I’m a recent postgraduate from the University of Stirling, where I studied Criminology. I’m very easy-going, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces, and I’m looking for someone who’s similar.
Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, playing volleyball, gaming on my PC, and cooking. I spend a lot of my free time either at the gym, in the kitchen trying new recipes, or relaxing at home. I’m always happy to hang out with friends or a flatmate, but I’m equally respectful of everyone’s personal space.
I don’t smoke, rarely drink, and generally prefer a quieter home environment over parties. I’m a Christian, but I’m completely open to living with someone of any religion or background.
I grew up in Hong Kong and attended an international school before moving to Scotland for university. I’m half English and half Cantonese, so I’ve made friends from all over the world as well as plenty of Scottish friends. I’m looking for a friendly, considerate flatmate who values a clean, relaxed, and welcoming home.
