The snug lounge has a brand-new flatscreen digital TV with Netflix installed, a very comfortable reclining chair with footstool, a Chinese rug and a desk for workspace or a laptop.

All In a modern comfortable three bedroom private house in a nice quiet location in Locksheath close to shops, Whiteley village shopping restaurants and cinema Segnesworth bussiness park and all the local facilities including The gym group.

The house is newly decorated with shared use of all the modern facilities including a large spacious lounge dining room, Netflix, full fibre broadband with super fast Wi-Fi (1000 mps uncapped and free to use)

There’s a fully equipped kitchen, central heating and the house is well Furnished throughout The bathroom has an electric shower sink loo and a bath too.

There’s a driveway for off road parking and a garage to store bikes
