The house is newly decorated with shared use of all the modern facilities including a large spacious lounge dining room, Netflix, full fibre broadband with super fast Wi-Fi (1000 mps uncapped and free to use)

There’s a fully equipped kitchen, central heating and the house is well Furnished throughout The bathroom has an electric shower sink loo and a bath too.

There’s a driveway for off road parking and a garage to store bikes

Bills are all included Working from home is also an option at no extra cost

There’s Very easy access to junction 9 of the M27 within a 5 minute drive and main line train stations at Swanwick & Fareham There are also main bus stops within a two minute walk with direct links to Southampton Portsmouth Fareham and Gosport

The kitchen Includes all appliances - hobb, double oven, microwave, kettle crockery cutlery mugs pots and pans large toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board and everything you would need in a home If you would like to rent the room as a short term option eg a week the rent would be £150 weekly paid in advance with a £50 per week returnable deposit at the end of the short term period (weekly short term rate)
