The house is in a quiet and safe residential area in Beckton, just a 7-minute walk to Beckton DLR station, making commuting into Canary Wharf, Stratford, or Central London quick and easy.

There are plenty of local amenities within walking distance, including supermarkets, cafés, gyms, parks, and the nearby Gallions Reach Retail Park with Asda, Tesco, Aldi, and many well-known high street brands, restaurants, and shops.

I’m a live-in landlord, and at the moment it’s just me living in the house, so I’m looking for one friendly, easygoing young working professional who’d enjoy living in a relaxed and welcoming home.
