We are 3 friends who are/were studying at University of Strathclyde, we are looking for someone to move into a room in our flat that has just become vacant going into the next academic year and potentially beyond.

The flat is 4 bed 2 bathroom with a joint living room/kitchen. We’re looking for someone who can move in at the end of next month. We are looking for someone around our age to move in student or otherwise (if a non-student they will need to help contribute to council tax along with the other non-student flatmate). Bills for each month are roughly ~£45 a month subject to gas and electricity costs. Council Tax band - C

We are 3 friends who met at strathclyde, 2 of us are still students whilst 1 of us have graduated. We are all big football fans as other sports such as F1, NFL and Rugby. We are regulars at our local pub quiz, and enjoy going out with friends. The flat is quite chill but we do like to keep it tidy. If your interested in moving in with us we would love to hear from you!
