In exchange for your DIY skills and respectful human company, you will receive a spacious, air-conditioned double bedroom completely rent-free (bills split/negotiable).The Project:The task is finishing the second-fix installation of your own private ensuite bathroom. It is already at an advanced stage: all first-fix plumbing, drainage, and shower power are run, and the structural waterproofing (tanking) is 100% complete. The remaining work is clean and rewarding: tiling, fitting the glass shower enclosure, and hooking up the toilet and basin. I will pay for all materials and tools.Ideal Housemate:Someone with great tiling eyes and basic plumbing skills who prides themselves on a neat finish. Must be clean, reliable, and looking for a friendly, collaborative living setup. A 4-week trial period will apply.

About the roomies

I am dog friendly, but my Shih Tzu, not so much. It’s a reasonably large Edwardian house. I just need a hand finishing the finer details in exchange for a room.
