We’ve got a spare room going in our home, and we’re looking for someone easygoing to share the space with.

The room’s a good size, and the big win is your own bathroom – no queueing, total privacy when you want it.

Location-wise, it’s spot-on. Osterley Park is on your doorstep, Syon Park’s a short stroll, and Richmond Park is just a bus ride away – deer, views, the lot. Heathrow’s about 15 minutes on the Piccadilly line, and central London in around 30.

Inside, we’ve got a big kitchen, two reception rooms so there’s space to chill separately or together, and a small library nook if you’re a reader. The garden is genuinely beautiful – our pride and joy, perfect for lazy afternoons or dinner outside.

We’re not after a formal tenant vibe – more like a friendly housemate who fits in. If that sounds like you, come have a look.

A bit about us – it’s just the two of us. I’m a counsellor, so I’m a good listener if you ever need one, and my daughter is studying for the bar – she’s ambitious, trendy, and brings a great energy to the house. Plus a small dog and cat. Both clean and low visibility.
