About the room

Hi! I have a fully furnished room available in my home, ideally suited to a professional looking for a comfortable, relaxed, and respectful place to live.

This is my home rather than a typical house share, and I’m looking for someone who will enjoy living here and take care of it as if it were their own. The room comes fully furnished and includes thoughtful extras such as a laundry basket and clothes airer for each room. All bills are included (gas, water, council tax and Wi-Fi), and the house benefits from full-fibre broadband and a Smart TV with Netflix and Prime Video.

Outdoor Space One of my favourite things about the house is the garden! It’s very large, south-facing, and a real sun trap during the warmer months. At the bottom of the garden is an allotment area with a greenhouse and planters, perfect for anyone who enjoys gardening or growing their own produce. I must admit that I don’t have much of a green thumb myself! The garden is maintained by a gardener, so there’s absolutely no expectation for you to look after it.

About Me I’m a 29-year-old PE teacher. While I work away during the term, Plymouth remains my permanent home. I’m easygoing, considerate, and enjoy sports, travelling, surfing, and spending time outdoors.

This isn’t a party house, but it is a friendly and welcoming home. I’m looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and happy sharing a relaxed living space.
