House is a recently built new build. Your bedroom includes all new furnishings: Brand new double bed (with ottoman storage) and new mattress, large built in wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, TV

Rent includes ALL bills (unlimited high speed internet, electricity, gas, water, council tax band C)

Unlimited access to our outdoor HOT TUB also included.

About the roomies

Currently in the house there is myself (35), my girlfriend (28) and two dogs.

We are very clean, friendly and take great care of the house and any tenants that live here. i have had lodgers living with me for over 8 years now. We take care of all the house chores, all we ask is that you keep your room and bathroom clean and tidy and clean up after yourself in the kitchen.
