feel free to message for videos/pics of and info about the available rooms! all rooms have a built in closet with mirrored doors and come furnished (double bed, desk, shelves) -great central location walking distance from at least three different bus stops three person flat, two bathrooms, seperate living room and kitchen very close to sainsburies, coop, tesco express, poundland and boots close to grassmarket area neighbours are very friendly, there have been no noise issues or complaints dishwasher and washing machine (washing machine and oven just got replaced) 15 minute walk to the Edinburgh University library and close to central campus, 25 min bus from King’s Buildings 2 min walk to the bus stop for the 35 bus to Heriot-Watt University, 40min bus ride ten minute walk to get the airport bus to edinburgh airport split bills and internet costs into three
vet students, so we spend a lot of time on campus, the flat is pretty quiet during the day but enjoy a yap in the evening and a good night out :) we don’t have any pets
