I have a lovely house with a bright, fully furnished double bedroom available from 25th July. It is perfectly located: just a 5-minute walk from Maidstone East Station (great for commuters) and an 11-minute drive from Maidstone Hospital.

I take great care of the property and am currently putting the finishing touches on some fantastic upgrades for you! Before your August move-in date, the room will be fully completed with a brand-new wardrobe and light fittings. The bathroom is also getting a fresh bath screen, and a brand-new combi boiler is being installed—so you can look forward to excellent heating and constant hot water from day one!

Who I’m Looking For: A clean, reliable, and friendly professional who wants a comfortable place to live. If you enjoy a chat over a glass of wine or a cup of tea, but also value your own space, you’ll fit right in. I recently got a BBQ as well, so we can look forward to some summer dinners outside!

Also, I do love cats and small dogs so I don’t mind of you have one but I would like to meet them first to see if we can be friends.
