The Room is included in own bathroom and a share Storage Garage. I am looking for quiet professional preferably female and no pets, at home there is already a cat. You will be sharing with x 2 other females. I work full time professional outside home and my daughter is a full time student so we are almost never at home. We are looking for a third FEMALE to join us. Would suit a decent, friendly person, privacy and cleanliness assured and expected. First Month Rent and Deposit (one month rent) required upfront!
