TWO large double rooms to rent in a large house which is shared by the owner and one other professional.

There are 2 shared bathrooms/shower room, plenty of parking on the driveway and use of lounge, kitchen, utility room, garden etc. The rooms have a superking size bed and a double, chest of drawers. (4 drawer and 6 drawer). The smaller double room has built in wardrobes.

All bills included. Superfast Wi-Fi included.

The house is a 8 minute flat walk to the Broadway, where shops include Tesco, M&S food, Post Office, leisure centre with swimming pool as well as pubs, bars and restaurants.

There are bus services to Wimborne, Poole and Bournemouth within a three minute walk.

There is also a large garage which can be used for storage.

Property is shared by the owner who lives upstairs , and one other professional lodger who is rarely here as he works 24/7!

It is a quiet household, but very friendly and welcoming and anything within the house is yours to use as you would in your own home. We often have dinner together and watch TV together , but also respect peoples quiet time. All previous lodges have left as friends, and I would like to think I am a very down-to-earth and relaxed landlady!
