Hi,

I have a room available in a quiet home in Mulbarton, around 10 minutes from Tesco Harford Bridge, Norwich. The village has a GP, dentist, pharmacy and two local shops, one just around the corner.

The house is on a modern estate away from the main road and offers on-street parking. Downstairs there is a kitchen, living room, conservatory, garden and WC. The kitchen includes a washer/dryer, gas hob, fan oven and plenty of fridge space. Upstairs are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower over the bath.

It is painted pink but you are welcome to redecorate, provided it is returned to a neutral colour when you leave. The room also contains the home’s Wi-Fi equipment, positioned out of the way.

There is a cat at the property, so you must be comfortable around animals.

I’m relaxed, easy-going, at university, and often away on placement. Please get in touch with any questions. :)

About Me

I’m a friendly, relaxed and easy-going person who values having a calm and respectful home. I’m currently a university student and spend a fair amount of time away on placement, so there are often times when you’ll have the house mostly to yourself. When I’m at home, I enjoy a quiet environment and tend to keep to myself, but I’m always happy to have a chat and get along well with others. I’m looking for a tidy, considerate housemate who will treat the home as their own and help maintain a comfortable living space for us both.

About the cat - Milo

There is a playful indoor cat at the property, who is called Milo. He is a grey and white tabby who has been said to be tiny. He is a dictator of Caitlin’s schedule but that’s just as he’s her world. Milo is neutered and up to date on his vaccines as well as being FIV negative. He would appreciate a lil friend to rule the house with so if you have pets this isn’t anything to worry about.
