Female ONLY One single room available starts from 10th July in a 3 bedroom, Female Only household ￡375/pcm, including, water rates, Internet, TV licence, Council Tax. It does NOT include electricity or gas.
A deposit of £400.00 is also required.
This is a 3 bedroom house, fully furnished, with lots of storage space and a large garden. All necessary equipment are provided: TV, microwave, washing machine, dryer, dish washer, oven, 2 fridges 5-10 minutes walk from Lidl, local shops, takeaways, bus station, city hospital; 20 minutes by bus or cycle to the city centre. The current tenant will be moving out between the 5th-10th July, the room will be available from then. Also we’re looking to find someone who’s ok with cats as we own a cat.
About the roomies
The current tenant is Hellan, me and my cat, we are both professionals, quite and friendly.
