A small single room in a 2 bed terraced house, single bed and bedside table provided. Full use of the house and garden, clean and tidy home, lovely quiet area with plenty of walks nearby, all local amenities (shops, takeaways etc) within 15 minute walk.

It’s just myself living in the home, a 37yr old male who works for a charity, standard working hours, half the time I’m in the house the other half I’m out. I’m a very easy going liberal person, I am sociable, but also know that people like to have their own space and time.

My circumstances may change in the very near future where I would rarely be at the house, so I am requiring someone who is extremely trustworthy and dependable. Looking for someone to stay long term.
