2 bed 2 bath, Bath Row property, B1 postcode. Part of the Axium complex close to the Holloway Head roundabout. Central location, 5-10 minutes from New Street station. Parking available at extra cost, concierge in building. Electricity, WiFi and water comes out to approx. £60-80 a month (dependent on usage). Council tax band C (approx. £90 per month EACH). Please note the deposit payable may be slightly different depending on how Savills want to handle it.
Property is modern and finished to a high standard. Room is furnished with a double bedframe, mattress and wardrobe. Communal area is furnished with a dining table and chairs, a sofa and a TV stand. In-unit laundry, electric immersion boiler and electric radiators in the rooms/common area.
The hallways and lift are cleaned regularly, and the building management (Centrick) are good at taking care of the bins when they get too full. Concierge and building staff are responsive to issues and are particularly quick at handling any security related concerns.
Property is managed by Savills and we have a responsive property manager who takes care of any maintenance or other queries in a timely fashion. He has a phone number and email address to contact him directly with any questions or maintenance concerns. All correspondence goes through Savills and the landlord has not raised the rent in the last couple of years being here.
About the roomies
We’ve been in the property for coming up to 2 years and have had pretty much no problems (especially compared to other properties in the area I was in previously). The experience with Savills so far has been nothing but good - rare for Birmingham city centre lettings agents in my experience.
I’m a mid-twenties young professional working at a law firm in the city centre. I’m laid back and mostly keep to myself but enjoy bouldering and getting out the city centre when I can. Happy to arrange any video calls, meetings or property viewings as and when. Pictures available on request but you can look up Axium flats to see the general layout/finish. All prospective tenants considered (within reason).
PLEASE NOTE move in is available from 6th September 2026, subject to any reference/credit checks on Savills end. This is NOT a sublet and we will both be named as co-tenant on the contract.
