Looking for a comfortable, self-contained space with a built-in community? I have a fantastic unfurnished double bedroom available in a warm, welcoming, and LGBT+/ally-inclusive household.

Your room is a large, self-contained double bedroom featuring your own private ensuite bathroom. You will also have full access to shared spaces, which include a fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room perfect for hanging out. Shared areas are fully furnished.

Rent is £1,100 per month, and all bills are fully included (Gas, electricity, water, council tax, and high-speed Wi-Fi). My house is a home, not just a place to sleep! I am a sociable, open-minded, and LGBT+-inclusive household. I love catching up over a drink or watching a movie in the lounge, but I also fully respect everyone’s need for downtime and privacy. This is why this room is perfect as there are two separate floors for when peace is needed. I am looking for a clean, reliable, and friendly female flatmate (LGBT+ or an active ally) who wants to be part of a sociable home environment.

I live with my perfect princess kitten CiCi, who doesn’t currently access downstairs but is always up for a cuddle if you need one.

I am a queer woman who is recently single and so need to let out the spare room. I am a Special needs teacher and I adore my job. I love reading, the theatre, the pub and my cat (a lot!). I am really sociable and love to chat. I also get serious about a board game. All good people know their failings and mine is cooking but I do love to clean!

I also love to sometimes close my door and have quiet after a long day, everyone needs a minute to themselves. I’m a yes person so if you’re looking for someone to make a new friend and try things together, I’m your gal!
