About the room
King Size Room Available in Seasalter – £800 PCM (Bills Included)
A spacious, fully furnished king-size bedroom is available in my home in Seasalter, just a 5-minute walk from the beach.
The house is on a local bus route, has free off-street parking directly outside, and it’s around a 25-minute walk into Whitstable along the beach – a lovely walk on a nice day.
This is a house share, rather than just a room to rent. I’m looking for someone who wants to share a home where everyone feels comfortable and respects the space.
The Bedroom
The room is bright, freshly decorated and south-west facing, so it enjoys plenty of afternoon and evening sunshine.
It comes furnished with:
- King-size bed (mattress and bedding included if you’d like them)
- Wardrobe
- Chest of drawers
- Bedside table
- Full-length mirror
- Glass display cabinet (can be removed if preferred)
- TV wall bracket ready for your own television
The room has recently been painted white, so it’s a lovely blank canvas if you’d like to make it your own.
Shared Spaces
You’ll have full use of:
- Large, comfortable living room
- Modern bathroom with both bath and shower
- Fully equipped kitchen/diner with plenty of cookware, crockery and utensils
- Front and rear gardens
Both gardens are approximately 30ft x 20ft and are currently an ongoing project. The front has space for growing fruit and vegetables, while the rear has a large patio, dining table and chairs, parasol, greenhouse and shed.
Rent
£800 per calendar month, including:
- All household bills, including internet
- Netflix, Disney+ and Amazon Prime
- Household cleaning products, including laundry detergent
- Fully furnished accommodation
About the Home
I’m looking for someone who is friendly, considerate and tidy, and who enjoys living in a home that’s looked after. Mutual respect is really important to me, and I’d love to find someone who feels the same.
Non-smokers only. Couples will be considered, note extra bill costs.
You’ll also need to love animals, as you’ll be sharing the house with dogs, cats, ferrets and fish!
Finding the right person is more important to me than filling the room quickly. If you think this sounds like somewhere you’d enjoy living, send me a message telling me a little about yourself and let’s have a chat. Viewings welcome.
About the roomies
I’m a working professional, in London two days a week and home 3 days a week. As mentioned I have plenty of animals, who keep me busy. I like to hit the gym 2-3 times a week, so I’ll often be up early to get myself there before my work day, and focus a lot on my holistic health. I have a big family who mean a great deal to me. I’m known for my honesty, have a busy life, and am a good mix of social but also enjoy sitting with my kindle in the quiet.
