I’m looking for someone to do a tenancy takeover with me for this ensuite room in a student house!

The room includes;

• Double bed with a bedside table
• A desk with chair
• Wardrobe and dresser
• An ensuite, which means you have shower, toilet and sink all to yourself!

Other details:

• There is a massive kitchen, complete with a gas stove, double doored fridge and plenty of cupboards. This also leads to a spacious back garden!
• The living room is big and also includes a TV.
• There is a driveway at the front.

Location: Chorlton has lovely green spaces and the community is fantastic.Not only are the transport services nearby, but so are the library, Wetherspoons and the food shops, making this place highly accessible.

It takes approx 15-20 minutes to get to either UoM or MMU or RNCM respectively by bus.

There is 3 other tenants in the house; all of them are friendly, polite, sociable and respectful! Most importantly they are clean and love to keep things tidy. There are 2 girls currently and 1 boy. All of them go to MMU but are open to making friends with a new housemate regardless of where they are from. They are all going into their second year of university, but do not discriminate!
