This room is available immediately. It has a large bed and an ensuite bathroom. It’s on the top floor of the house, so the view is nice, and the sun shines into the room in the evening. It comes furnished, and with bedding and towels ready for you to move in!

The area is bustling Walworth Road, a 15-minute walk from both Elephant & Castle and Kennington Underground stations. You have a wide range of supermarkets to choose from, from Lidl to Tesco and Morrisons. Burgess Park is also only 5 minutes from the property, making it ideal for summer evening strolls.

You will be sharing the house with 4 lovely and sociable young professionals. When we’re all free, we love to hang out in the kitchen and talk, play board games, or cook together. But we also respect each other’s private space.
