About the room

A spacious double bedroom is available in a modern two-bedroom apartment, offering over 150 sq ft of private space. The room features two large windows providing plenty of natural light, a built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and two bedside tables. If preferred, one bedside table can be replaced with a desk before move-in.

The apartment is approximately 775 sq ft and comprises two bedrooms, a shared bathroom with a walk-in shower (no bath), a separate utility room with a washer-dryer, and an open-plan living room and kitchen.

Balcony access is currently available. A planned kitchen renovation will extend the kitchen into the balcony area, creating a larger kitchen and additional living space. The renovation has not yet begun and may not have started before a new tenancy begins. Once underway, the work is expected to take around 12 days.
