Female Preferred – Flat Share in Leytonstone E11 4PB

Hi, I’m looking for a clean, tidy and respectful female flatmate to share a friendly home in Leytonstone.

The house is currently shared by me and a couple. We are working people and like to keep the home peaceful, clean and comfortable. We are looking for someone with the same mindset — either a professional or a student who is tidy, hygienic and respectful of shared spaces.

The room shown has a double bed, but there is also another larger room in the house. If needed, we can discuss arranging two single beds in the larger room, one for me and one for the new girl. There is good storage space available, including cabinets and other facilities.

The kitchen is shared, but as most of us are usually working, it is normally free and easy to use. There is one shared bathroom, which is kept clean.

Rent & Bills:

Rent is £450 per month.

Bills are not fully included, but they are usually very low.

Breakdown:

Rent: £450 per month
Electricity: around £5 per month
Gas: around £15–£20 per month
Council tax: included
Water: covered by the landlord

So the total monthly cost will be approximately £470–£475 per month, depending on gas usage.

Tesco, Aldi, M&S, KFC, McDonald’s and other shops/restaurants are within walking distance
