Two rooms available in Irlam (M44). Double is 570pcm inc. bills and King is 650pcm inc. bills. Available from now, though flexible with move in dates (will consider July/August/September move in). Train station 10min walk and direct trains to Manchester Oxford Road (15-20mins). Also to Warrington (10-15mins), Liverpool (40mins). 5 min walk to large Tesco, Lidl and leisure centre.
The house has recently been refurbished and has a new kitchen. All living spaces are shared- kitchen, spacious dining/living room, garden/patio, bathroom and additional separate toilet.
Located on a quiet and peaceful street with a shared private driveway and plenty of free street parking. Good access to motorway network. Nature reserve and large park nearby. Suitable for non-smokers and non-vapers only.
About the roomies
Live in landlady (project engineer, enjoys hiking, yoga cycling, live music) looking for female lodgers who value a calm, tidy and clean environment. Ideally on a long-term basis or for several months. Mon to Fri lets also considered. The vibe is a warm and friendly household but low-pressure and respectful of personal space. A peaceful home to unwind after a busy day.
