Room in the house in a very quiet and idyllic part of the very west of Belfast (we’re 2 meters from the border of Lisburn). You look out on a wall of trees and there’s a wee river and waterfall that you can hear…. It’s a real sanctuary…. Furnished, fully equipped kitchen, really good parr sharr over bath, broadband, big TV, PlayStation and a garden….. bills not included ! (Electric and oil, that kind of thing)

I’m a middle age professional in the film industry…. I work away during the week and am back at weekends with my wee JRT who is the friendliest soul you could ever want to meet….. just like his dad! 😊 Please be tidy, respectful and communicative….. I’d rather find the right person than just fill the room…. This is a great home and a lovely place to be…. Great neighbours and a 10 minute walk from Dunmurry.
