It is a double bed room in a shared house of four female students. We’re looking for the fifth person! It is close to the university of York east campus- not even a five minute walk away, and has a private garden, a driveway and is modern with all kitchen appliances included, such as a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. It has 3 bathrooms, shared between the five people, and is a lovely home.

We are four female students doing a range of subjects, from history and criminology to environmental studies. We are all between 19-21 but are happy for a student of any age to join us! We are all also relatively quiet and very tidy.
