The room has its own private large balcony and own parking space at the front of the property.
The house has a large kitchen, 2 bathrooms and access to a large shared rear garden.
The property is in a great location and is within walking distance to the station, bus routes, shops and local amenities.
The monthly rent includes house hold bills including council tax and broadband (but not food).
About the roomies
I am a female Landlord with almost 30 years experience and own the property but does not live there.
There are at present 2 female and 3 male tenants that are all workers.
Everyone in the house gets along and everyone cleans up after themselves whenever they have just used the kitchen or bathrooms and we would like another clean conscious like minded person to move into the house.
