We have two rooms available in our 4-bedroom flat in North Hackney, London from July 1st.

You’ll be sharing with a relaxed house of creatives:

• One Australian male / New Zealand female couple
• One Swedish male musician
• We’re all artists, so the vibe here is friendly, respectful, and creative without being chaotic

💰 Rent & costs

Small Room - £800 per calendar month Large room- £900 per calendar month single or £1200 per calendar month couple

• All bills + WiFi included
• 1 month rent required as deposit
• Available from July 1st

• Large open-plan shared living room & kitchen – great space to cook, relax, or hang out
• Shared bathroom with a huge jacuzzi bath
• Overall a comfortable, spacious home with a chilled atmosphere

• Bus stop right outside the front door

• 8-minute walk to Clapton Station (London Overground)

• On our street you’ll also find:
