It is a large house with lots of space for everyone and includes a shared living room and kitchen (both furnished), garden and 2 bathrooms. The bedroom itself is a good size, on the ground floor and comes fully furnished.

Rent is £628.50 on the 1st of every month and the deposit is £725, bills are not included but we currently pay £115pm for a package. Council tax band B.
