I’ve got a lovely room available in our townhouse, tucked away in a quiet courtyard just a short walk from the city centre. Honestly, it’s amazing how peaceful it is considering how close everything is.

The room’s on the lower ground floor, so it’s really quiet — perfect if you love your sleep. You’ll be sharing that level with my other housemate, a chilled computer science grad who’s really easy to live with.

The bathroom is just upstairs, and on the top floor we’ve got a big open-plan living space — proper comfy, with a great kitchen and a 50“ TV loaded with Netflix, Prime, and Disney+ for lazy evenings.

The room’s becoming available because my son and his partner are off to London for their next adventure. We don’t have dedicated parking, but there’s loads nearby if you need it.

A bit about us — I’m working on a tech start-up and also work as a photographer, so life’s busy but pretty flexible. I’m quite sociable, love a good catch-up over food or a drink, and I’m into fitness — you’ll usually find me at the gym most days. My current housemate is a computer science grad, really chilled, respectful, and easy to get along with. We both like to keep the house clean and tidy — it’s definitely more of a relaxed, organised home than a party house. We’re pretty independent but always up for a chat or a movie night when we’re about, and we’re looking for someone who’ll fit into that easygoing vibe.
