About the room

THE ROOM: A quiet, single room furnished with a double bed, desk and storage unit. There’s a built-in closet for storage as well. The rent is 500pcm + bills (currently £110 per month), and the room is available on 19 May.

We have an excellent relationship with our landlord and a long-standing rolling contract. Whomever moves in will need to commit to a stay of six months, and we require one-month’s notice at the end of your tenancy.

About the roomies

THE FLATMATES: We’re a mixed bunch from Romania, Greece/UK and the US. One works at as a vet receptionist. Two of us are a couple who works in the arts sector in theatre and cabaret. The theatre folks work from home as well as from their venues.

We have two cats Betty and Snowy who are a delight. No couples, please.
