Double ensuite for rent. House is 4yrs old so a new build located on a quiet estate. There is 2 car parking spaces one being for a tenant. The house is kept clean and tidy and has recently had work done be it new carpets, new fitted kitchen as well new garden to the rear. Ideally a new tenant should be in full time employment be clean and tidy as well as respectful of others. My self I’m quiet I’m a professional in full time employment. The house is near to Wakefield town centre be it a 15 to 20 minute walk as well but stop on hand. Any more info required please ask. Thank you.
