Sandra Bonk's room

House share close to city centre. 15 min walk to city centre and close to Lidl and other amenities. The room has a double bed, inbuilt wardrobe and desk and chair as well as small drawer and is located on the top floor of the house. The small garden can be used in summer which is overlooking Nottingham. Kitchen, living room and Bathroom are shared spaces and there is an additional toilet in the basement. We have got bicycle hangers and a shed to store outdoor equipment. Parking via Parking permit could be arranged if needed. Bills except Internet and electricity which are shared between the tenants are included in the rent. If interested please feel free to reach out : )
