Eyma's room

Property has front and rear garden, driveway and cctv, gardens are currently being landscaped, there is a garage and sheds at the back. The room is fully furnished, new bed and mattress, fitted wardrobe, will have a new desk and new carpeting. There’s a shared kitchen and bathroom and you have use of the lounge. The house is near the town and easy links to Cardiff and Newport, via bus and train. There is a washing machine, but i don’t have a dryer. There’s outdoor seating in the in back garden and a bbq area. There’s decking front and back, a driveway and a garage for storage.

You will be sharing with myself, friendly dogs and small pets like rodents and reptiles are welcome, please bare in mind that there are already 3 small dogs at the property, so no cats sorry. I work full time and work one night a week, so ideally someone who doesn’t mind watching my dogs one night a week also.
