ROOM IN WEST END - AVAILABLE AFTER APRIL 18TH

Hi everyone, I moved into this gorgeous house at the beginning of the year, and I absolutely love it. So bright, spacious and close to local amenities. It’s a lovely route to walk to Glasgow Uni or into town and really has a homely feel rather than feeling like a student house. It’s a ten minute walk to Dumbarton road, 25 minute walk to Glasgow uni and 5 minute walk to Victoria Park.

But sadly, as I am deferring and won’t be staying in Glasgow, I’m going to be moving out and my room will be available. Bedroom details (see photos 4 and 5): £565 per month. Wood floors and floor-to-ceiling mirrors with a built-in wardrobe. A desk and chair. South facing windows.

The three bedrooms and a bathroom are located upstairs, downstairs we have a kitchen and a large shared living room with gorgeous big windows that catch the sun. There’s an outdoor patio and the flat is above some shops/restaurants. The area is quiet and a 10 minute walk from a train station. There are also bus stops 4min and 8min walk away that go to both the UofG and central Glasgow.

You’d be sharing with Rhia and Eva (20 & 22) who are both currently students. Rhia attends RCS to study acting and Eva is studying psychology at Glasgow Uni. They are both very laid back people and are looking for someone who’s easy to live with and enjoys the house as much as they do.

We’re happy for both students/non-students to move in- the flat is council tax band b and bills over the past year have averaged to about a total of £90 a month (usually about £20-30 each) If you are a non student, your council tax would be reduced as we both are studying.
