We’re looking for a friendly and respectful third person to join our lovely flat in Dalston.

The Flat & Location:

• Situated on a quiet road, just minutes from two train stations, a large supermarket, a gym, and all the amazing restaurants and bars Dalston has to offer.
• Great transport links for getting to the West End, City, Canary Wharf, or Stratford. The Room:
• A cosy double that gets beautiful morning light.
• Furnished with a wardrobe, chest of and drawers.
• Bathroom shared with just one other flatmate, featuring a bathtub and a heated towel rail. The Common Spaces:
• A huge open-plan kitchen/living area flooded with light in the afternoon thanks to two French doors.
• A comfortable, relaxed space for cooking, working, or hanging out.

The Essentials:

• The agent requires a quick credit and reference check (£50).
• Bills come to around £120/month (breakdown: £71.60 council tax, £31.60 energy, £9 internet).
• As bills can fluctuate, there’s a shared pot with leftover credit from the outgoing tenant, so you’ll need to buy into that portion when you move in.

• Gian Claudio (34) – A consultant in the construction industry. Works a 9-to-5, spends evenings studying or at the gym, and enjoys a quiet but social home.
• Vanessa (40s) – is an artist from São Paulo, in her 40s. She spends most of her time in the studio and is very chill at home - she loves cooking and her plants! Friendly and sociable, up for a chat and making new friends. We’re happy whether you’re social and enjoy the occasional meal or chat, or if you prefer to do your own thing – no pressure either way!
